MEDLINKS LLC is a company focused on linking hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare services to form proprietary hospital/physician links and healthcare information exchanges (HIE) networks. Our services include physican or hospital based EMR support, IT project managment, HIPPA security assessments, clinical and financial secure portals, strategic planning, interim management, infrastructure design of Windows 2008/2003 Active Directory, Windows 7/Vista/XP, Virtualizaion using VMWare or Hyper V, Microsoft Exchange and ISA servers, firewalls, and PKI smart card authentication.

The company is owned and managed by James M. O'Grady. Mr. O'Grady has 25 years experience in information systems consulting and management, with forteen years in hospital and healthcare. Mr.O'Grady was a hospital Chief Information Officer (CIO) and has held prior hospital positions of Clinical Systems Manager, Technical Services Manager, Director of Information Systems and many other consulting roles.

Mr. O'Grady has an MBA in Healthcare Management from Northeastern University and a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. He is also a certified project management professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and certified professional in healthcare information sytems (CPHIMS).

Mr O'Grady is a member of the Healthcare Management Information Systems Society (HIMSS), Massachusetts Health Data Consortium (MHDC), Project Mangement Institute (PMI), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
