Managing the entire implementation.
We will assign a certified healthcare project management professional (PMP) to oversee the entire process.
1. Full coordination with the practice management/ EMR software vendor, hardware vendor,and internet service providor.
2. Detailed formal and informal reporting. You decide what level you are comfortable with.
3. Full identification of ongoing costs, status reports, issues, timelines, personal, training, and other resources needed.
4. Testing of all interfaces for claims submission, reimbursement, pharmacies, hospitals, labs, fax, etc.
5. Ensure the system has been configured correctly and fully tested before going live.
